Are there any service fees?

Yes for sure. Below are the service fees for the load loans

LOAN LOAD5 has a service fee of Php1 and the charged upon reload is 6 pesos
LOAN LOAD10 has a service fee of Php2 and the charged upon reload is 12 pesos
LOAN LOAD20 has a service fee of Php4 and the charged upon reload is 24 pesos

For what are these service fees?

It basically serves as transaction fee for advancing the service.

Is there an interest charged depending on how long I pay for this service?

No, there’s no interest charge for using the service. There is only a fixed service fee charged. It doesn’t get higher if it takes too long for you to pay the borrowed load. But it is strongly suggest that we must pay it immediately, for us to avail other loan services.

How can I avail this service?

You can also avail this by typing the service code then send it to 3733. Example LOAN LOAD5 to 3733

Another alternative way is by dialing *143# on your mobile phones, just look for LOANS.
Here are the steps:

1. Dial *143#
2. Look for LOANS then LOAN OFFERS, enter the number before to it then press SEND
3. On the next list, choose what service you want to avail, just enter the corresponding number then hit SEND
4. Once done, a text message notification will be sent to you, confirming that you avail the loan services


I can say that this is a great service by Globe. The next time you receive an important message and you don’t have load credits, you can still make a reply by availing the LOAN services offered by Globe.
